NIR

A NIR laser, or near-infrared laser, emits light in the near-infrared spectrum, typically between 750 nm and 1400 nm. These lasers have various applications, including skin tightening, pain relief, and medical treatments like laser surgery and imaging. In cosmetic procedures, NIR lasers stimulate collagen production for skin rejuvenation. They can also be used in physical therapy for pain management and injury recovery due to their ability to penetrate deep into tissues.

What does NIR treat?

Near-infrared (NIR) skin tightening helps naturally stimulate collagen production and reduce signs of aging, skin laxity, and crepiness. This is a non-surgical, non-invasive skin rejuvenation treatment, which can help your skin appear brighter and firmer after a course of treatments.

NIR Treatment

The NIR treatment involves minimal to no downtime and typically takes 30 to 45 minutes to complete, depending on the size of the treated area. Unlike many chemical peels, laser resurfacing, and skin needling procedures, NIR technology does not impact the outer layer of the skin, allowing you to return to the office immediately after your session.
